D.2) Discussion and consideration of approval of a renewal contract with the City of West Wendover authorizing the issuance of marriage licenses and certificates of vow renewal on behalf of Elko County.   Elko County has historically maintained an agreement with the City of West Wendover authorizing designated City personnel to issue marriage licenses and certificates of vow renewal on behalf of the County.  This arrangement provides convenient access to these services for residents and visitors in the West Wendover area while ensuring compliance with applicable Nevada laws.
