J.1) Discussion and consideration to authorize staff to move forward with obtaining an appraisal of the property located at 505 Idaho Street after recently becoming aware that the property is available for purchase, in furtherance of evaluating a potential acquisition by Elko County for possible future administrative complex expansion, office space needs and other county governmental purposes.
