G.1) Discussion and consideration to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the University of Nevada-Reno (UNR) for the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Planning and Demonstration grant application.   If funded, this project will focus on enhancing safety for bus routes and stops throughout the County, specifically in the Spring Creek area, and high-volume intersection/corridor traffic studies. The County will aid UNR in providing the required 20% federal match through in-kind contributions.
