J.1) Discussion and consideration to approval of an interlocal contract between the Nevada Secretary of State and the Elko County Clerk’s Office for the KNOWiNK ePulse system, Apple Business Management (ABM), and polls pads for a one-year term, in the amount of $25,000, payable upon receipt from the Secretary of State's Office.   This agreement supports the County's top-down voter registration system and poll pad functionality.  The contract was previously approved; however, the State did not invoice the County.
