G.1) Discussion and consideration to approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 2026-01, repealing Ordinance No. 2024-07, which established the Elko County Weed Control and Pest Abatement District and calls for the repeal of Resolution No. 2025-08, which created the fund for the district and Resolution No. 2025-09, which created the district's assessment schedule.   If approved on first reading, the ordinance will be scheduled for a second reading and public hearing at a future meeting.
