E.2) Discussion and consideration of supporting the request from the Elko County School District to transfer the FY2026 textbook adoption purchase from the District's General Fund to the capital fund in the amount of $2,000,000. The requested transfer is intended to provide relief to the District's General Fund while using capital improvement funding for eligible instructional materials.
