U.2) Discussion and consideration of approval for the Elko Justice Court to implement EZWarrant, an electronic search warrant management system, to be funded from the Elko Justice Court Civil Funds.   The Elko Justice Court currently processes search warrants using manual and paper-based procedures that require in-person coordination and after-hours availability.  These processes can create delays, limit accessibility, and increase administrative burden on court staff and judicial officers.   EZWarrant is a secure, electronic search warrant system used by courts and law enforcement agencies to facilitate the preparation, submission, review, approval, and storage of search warrants in a centralized digital platform.   All costs will be paid from the Elko Justice Court Civil Funds and will not impact the County General Fund.   Implementation (one-time) - $7,500 Annual Subscription - $12,480 per year for the first three (3) years   The Budget Committee met on December 31, 2025 and recommends approval of this expenditure.
