U.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of a contract for the Tyler Technologies E-File & Serve electronic filing system, including E-Signature, ReSearch, and document conversion services, at no cost to the County.  The courts are already using Tyler Technologies case management system, addition of this product allows for seamless integration.   The courts are currently using Tyler Technologies case management system, and the addition of the E-File & Serve product will allow for seamless integration with the current system.  This contract includes E-Signature functionality, allowing judges to apply electronic signatures to court records in support of the court's transition toward a paperless environment.  The system also includes ReSearch, which provides public access to court documents, and CRM document conversion services that will convert existing case management documents from TIFF format to PDF format, improving accessibility and usability for the public and court users.
