T.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of Resolution No. 2026-01 which transfers contingency funds in the Elko County General Fund to increase appropriations for salaries and benefits as needed due to legislation to increase elected officials’ salaries and other salary/benefits adjustments needed for the current fiscal year in the amount of $552,477.   The Budget Committee met on December 31, 2025 and recommended approval of the resolution to transfer funds.
