O.2) Discussion and consideration to enter into a membership agreement with 791 Purchasing Cooperative, a national government purchasing cooperative. The organization provides publicly procured, competitively solicited contracts that follow procurement laws and regulations for different products and services.    Participation in the cooperative will allow Elko County departments to leverage competitively awarded contracts to streamline procurement, improve efficiency, and potentially reduce costs, while remaining compliant with public purchasing requirements.
