L.1) Discussion and consideration of approval to expend up to $300,000 from the Enhanced 911 Fund for capital purchases of radios for Elko County departments.   Approval would authorize the purchase of L3Harris portable and mobile radios for use by Sheriff's Department, Ambulance Department, Emergency Management, Judicial Departments, and Juvenile Detention and Probation.   The proposed purchases will support interoperability and continued compatibility with the Nevada Shared Radio System and will replace aging or non-compliant equipment currently in service.  Sufficient funds are available in the Enhanced 911 Fund, and the expenditure is consistent with eligible capital uses.
