Discussion and consideration to approve the labor agreement between Elko County Fire Protection District and Elko County Fire Fighters Association, International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF), Local 5046 from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028.   The proposed labor agreement includes the following adjustments:   Fiscal Year 2026 - 2.0% Base Wage Increase, plus a 4.375% increase to offset the PERS rate adjusment Fiscal Year 2027 - 2.5% Base Wage Increase Fiscal Year 2028 - 2.5% Base Wage Increase
