D.2) Discussion and consideration to approve the purchase of a 2009 tactical water tender from Ryan's Auto Sales in an amount not to exceed $7,800, and to authorize refurbishment services through Fire Trucks Unlimited in an amount not to exceed $69,330.    The refurbishment will include paint, emergency lighting, and graphics.  Upon completion, the unit will be assigned to Midas, Nevada.   Funding for both the purchase and refurbishment is available through the wildland fire reimbursement funds generated from Midas-area wildfire incidents in 2024 and 2025.
