D.1) Discussion and consideration to approve the Elko County Fire Protection District's proposal to refurbish the 2012 International Wildland Division crew vehicle in an amount not to exceed $65,000.00 and authorize the District to proceed with the refurbishments and subsequent addition of the vehicle as a capital asset upon completion.
