F.1) Discussion and consideration of approval for Policy C1.28.2 regarding stipend compensation for salaried, exempt employees assigned to reimbursable emergency incidents; and to establish that stipend, personnel, and equipment rates shall be reviewed and approved by the Fire Board during its rate-setting process.
