G.1) Discussion and consideration of approval of an Elko County Fire Protection District Rate Annual Adjustment for Apparatus and Equipment to align with the local, state and federal rates.   Elko County Fire Protection District (ECFPD) provides fire suppression, rescue, and emergency response services, in coordination with federal and state agencies such as the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Department of the Interior (DOI), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the State of Nevada.
