L.1) Discussion and consideration to approve replacing the pump on the Spring Creek Type 1 Fire Engine at a cost not to exceed $65,000 to be funded through the Infrastructure Tax Plan.   The fire engine is a primary response unit for fire suppression activities.  The replacement is necessary to ensure the pump performs reliably during fire suppression response.
