H.1) Discussion and consideration to approve a liquor license for Donald, Constance and Jerry Ridley doing business as Ridley's Family Markets, Inc. and doing business at Ridley's Family Markets at 568 Spring Valley Court, 278 Spring Creek Parkway and 265 Spring Valley Parkway, Spring Creek, in Elko County Nevada.   The applicants have completed the necessary applications and provided the required documentation.  The Elko County Sheriff's Office has completed a background investigation and recommends approval.
