E.1) Discussion and consideration of approval to purchase a trailer to support fire response and operations at a cost of $38,000 utilizing wildland reimbursement funds.    The current trailer will be reassigned to the Lamoille Volunteer Fire Station for their response efforts and provide opportunity to add a fire ready dozer to their equipment.
