J.1) Discussion and consideration to approve a gaming license for Golden Route Operations, LLC, doing business as Gold Bar at Love's Travel Stop #978, located at 2001 SR 766, Carlin, Elko County, Nevada.    The applicant has completed the necessary application materials and provided the necessary supporting documentation in accordance with Elko County Code and applicable Nevada gaming regulations.   The Elko County Sheriff's Office has completed a background investigation and recommends approval.
