I.1) Discussion and consideration of a Letter of Support for the City of Elko federal funding application through the BUILD Program to to assist with construction of the Errecart Loop road project and associated water and sewer infrastructure improvements.The proposed project will construct a new roadway segment to improve connectivity and traffic circulation within the City, while also installing critical utility infrastructure to support planned residential and commercial development.  Infrastructure improvements within the City of Elko provide broader benefits to Elko County residents and the surrounding rural communities.The total project cost is slightly more than $18,000,000.
