F.1) Pursuant to Notice No. 2026-07, conduct a public hearing to obtain citizen input regarding Application 94883 submitted to the Nevada Division of Water Resources by Gracian Uhalde. The application proposes to appropriate 100 acre-feet annually to support mining exploration drilling, dust control, road construction, and a gravel pit as the applicant operates an active water hauling business throughout the Butte Valley Hydrographic Basin (Southern Part) 178B. The proposed point of diversion is within White Pine County and the proposed place of use is the whole of Basin 178B, which contains parts of both Elko and White Pine Counties. Following the public hearing, discussion and consideration to provide a recommendation to the State Engineer, direct staff to submit the Commission's recommendation to the Nevada Division of Water Resources regarding Application 94883.
