F.2) Discussion and consideration of approval to request bids for Public Works Permit EL-26-197, County Road 711V Spring Valley Parkway which includes the reconstruction of Spring Valley Parkway from intersection of SR 227 and SR 228 for a distance of approximately 0.5 miles.   Construction will include pulverization of existing asphalt, road grading, addition of dedicated right turn lane to Edgewater Drive, asphalt paving, concrete improvements and striping.   Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners at the office of Elko County Highway Department, 994 River Street, Elko, Nevada 89801 until 11:00 A.M. (Pacific Time) on the 6th day of March 2026. The Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 11:05 A.M. (Pacific Time) on the same day at the same location.   The project was approved during the July 2, 2025, Board of County Commissioner's meeting with approval of the Elko County Infrastructure Tax Plan.
