P.1) Discussion and consideration to obligate funds from the Capital Facilities Fund in the amount of $6,000,000 for the future purchase of the Wells Fargo Building to allow for the relocation of certain County offices. This relocation would provide necessary space for the Elko County Public Defender's Office to accommodate current budgeted staffing levels and facilitate relocation of Elko Justice Court staff from the basement of the Elko County Courthouse, while also addressing other operational space needs.
