M.1) Discussion and consideration to approve the expenditure of capital funds in the amount of $17,001 for Plumbline to remodel a bathroom in the Spring Creek Fire Station (Station 28).  Although the Plumbline quote is higher than the quote submitted by Snyder Mechanical, Plumbline's scope of work includes additional improvements needed to support the project.   Remodel of the bathroom is necessary to accommodate additional Elko County Ambulance personnel assigned to the Spring Creek and surrounding areas.  The improvements will ensure adequate facilities to support staffing and operational needs within the station.
