L.2) Discussion and consideration to approve the to submittal of a grant application to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airport Improvement Program (AIP) in the amount of $228,422, which includes an estimated FAA share of $217,000 and a required local match of $11,422 for the procurement and installation of a new 3,000 gallon self-service fuel system.   This project is included in the Hayden Airfield Master Plan and identified within the Airport Capital Improvement Program.     The project was presented to the Jackpot Town Advisory Board on November 13, 2025, and the board recommended for the project to proceed.
