G.1) Discussion and consideration of a request from Great Basin College to contribute $10,000 to a monument in the downtown corridor to commemorate America 250.   Great Basin College has submitted a request for the Board of County Commissioners to consider contributing $10,000 toward the creation and installation of a monument in the downtown corridor to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States of America (America 250).   The monument would serve as a permanent public art installation celebrating the nation's history.  Great Basin College is seeking partnerships and contributions from local governments, businesses, and community organizations to fund the project, which is anticipated to be unveiled during the 2026 America 250 celebration period.
