E.1) 1:35 P.M.   Pursuant to Notice No. 2025-43, conduct a public hearing to obtain citizen input regarding Application 94781T submitted to the Nevada Division of Water Resources by Wright Land Company, LP & WBW LP.  The application proposes a temporary change of point of diversion, place of use, and manner of use of water right Permit 46948, converting from stock water to mining and milling purposes in support of exploration drilling for the Maverik Springs Exploration Project.   The proposed point of diversion and place of use are located within Elko County.  The existing point of diversion is located within White Pine County, and the existing place of use is located in both Elko and White Pine Counties.   Following the public hearing, discussion and consideration to provide comment to the State Engineer and direct staff to submit formal comments to the Nevada Division of Water Resources regarding Application 94781T.
