D.2) Discussion and consideration to approve a letter of appreciation to the Elko County School District in recognition of the students who wrote hundreds of heartfelt letters to veterans.  These letters were showcased as part of the Veterans Day Parade, honoring the service and sacrifice of our veterans and contributing to a meaningful community celebration.
