N.2) Discussion and consideration to award the bid for the Lamoille Summit Trail System Staging Area to GBEG in the amount of $72,999 and authorize staff to proceed with contract preparation and execution.   Two bids were received as follows:   GBEG - $72,999.00 MKD - $123,4000.00   Following review, staff determined that GBEG submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid in accordance with bid specifications and requirements.
