M.1) Discussion and consideration of a formal comment letter to support the Bureau of Land Management's proposed rule to rescind the Conservation and Landscape Health Rule (Public Lands Rule)  The comment period deadline is November 10, 2025.The Bureau of Land Management has issued a proposed rule seeking to rescind the Public Lands Rule.  The rescinded rule would have recognized conservation or non-use as allowable uses under the Federal Land Policy and Management Act's historical multiple use framework for managing public lands.  The proposed recission aims to revert to the traditional interpretation of multiple use, emphasizing balanced management for grazing, recreation, energy development, and other productive uses of public land.
