J.1) Discussion and consideration to approve the replacement of the damaged DT530 engine in Water Tender 21 (WT-21) utilizing the rebuilt DT530 engine currently in District inventory; authorize Rush Truck Centers in Twin Falls, Idaho, to perform the installation in an amount not to exceed $16,000; and authorize Chief Petersen to execute the related service work order.   Rush Truck Centers is the District's established service provider for International fleet maintenance and has the capability and equipment to perform the engine replacement in accordance with manufacturer standards and warrant requirements.   Funding for this project is available under the Elko County Public Safety Infrastructure Tax Plan, which includes an allocation for up to $100,000 (current balance is $58, 309.40) for major fleet maintenance and repair for the Elko County Fire Protection District.
