I.1) Discussion and consideration of approval to apply for the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) 2025 Patrick Leahy Bulletproof Vest Partnership (BVP) grant in an amount not to exceed $20,000 with a deadline for online application submission by December 19, 2025.   The purpose of the BVP program is to reimburse states, counties, federally recognized tribes, cities, and local jurisdictions up to 50% of the cost of body armor vests purchased for law enforcement officers as long as it meets the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) standards.
