F.1) Discussion and consideration of the status of a liquor license for Jason Schroeder, doing business as Punko One, LLC, operating Muley's Bar and Family Grill, located at 254 Spring Creek Parkway, Spring Creek in Elko County, NV.   Pursuant to Elko County Code Title 6, Chapter 4 (Liquor Regulations) and Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 369, liquor license holders are required to maintain good morale character and operate their business in compliance with applicable laws.  Concerns have been raised regarding the status of Jason Schroeder, including possible bankruptcy proceedings and business practices that may not meet the standards required for licensure.The Board of County Commissioners has the authority to review the license and determine whether further action is warranted.   The Board of County Commissioners may consider the following actions: Take no action. Direct staff to investigate and report back with the findings regarding the status of the license. Schedule a show cause hearing to determine whether the license should be suspended or revoked pursuant to Elko County Code and Nevada Revised Statutes.
