Y.1) Discussion and consideration to approve a proposal from HA Architects, in an amount not to exceed $15,000, for professional services for a feasibility study to evaluate the Wells Fargo Building as a potential facility for Elko County use.   Staff recommends exploring options to address future County facility needs, including the potential acquisition or use of the former Wells Fargo Building.  To support this evaluation, HA Architects has submitted a proposal to provide professional services and conduct a feasibility study.The study will assess the building's overall condition, space functionality, code compliance, and potential renovation or adaptation to meet County operational needs.  The findings will assist the Board in making an informed decision regarding the suitability of the facility.
