W.1) Discussion and consideration of a request to reduce the membership of Mountain City Citizen's Advisory Council from five (5) members to three (3) members.  The Council currently has three (3) vacant positions and it has become increasingly difficult to find community members willing to serve.   Pursuant to Elko County Code, Title 2, Chapter 1A(C), the Citizen's Advisory Council shall consist of not less than three (3) nor more than five (5) members.
