S.1) Discussion and consideration to accept the Fiscal Year 2026 State Emergency Response Commission (SERC) Operations, Planning, Training, and Equipment (OPTE) grant award in the amount of $32,000.Elko County has been awarded $32,000 through the FY26 SERC OPTE grant program for the grant period of July 1, 2025 through May 30, 2026.  The funding will be used to continue the expansion of the County's emergency response capabilities, specifically supporting communications equipment and self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) equipment for first responders.    There is no local match required for this grant.
