O.2) Discussion and consideration to purchase one (1) rebuilt Caterpillar engine for unit #239 (Caterpillar 140M) in an amount not to exceed $30,000 utilizing cooperative contract # 212816-01 through Omnia Partners, with funding from infrastructure tax funds previously approved on July 2, 2025.  Any additional costs associated with the replacement will be absorbed within the Roads Department's Fiscal Year 2026 operating budget.
