N.1) Discussion and consideration to approve the Elko County written Workplace Health and Safety Program. In accordance with Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements and Elko County's commitment to employee safety and risk management, staff have developed a comprehensive written Workplace Health and Safety Program.  The program outlines procedures and responsibilities aimed at preventing workplace injuries and promoting a culture of safety across all County departments.The program serves as the foundation for ongoing safety training, hazard assessments, reporting protocols, and compliance with state and federal safety regulations.
