M.1) Discussion and consideration to approve a one (1) year contract extension with Recon Technologies, Inc. dba Recon Healthcare Services to provide healthcare services to juveniles held in the Elko County Juvenile Detention Center.  The original contract approved in August 2024 included an option for two (2) one-year extensions.  The cost of the second year of the contract is $47,700 which has been budgeted for FY2026.  Staff recommends approval of the contract extension.
