K.1) Discussion and consideration to approve a Development Agreement between Elko County and SummitEdge for the Jackpot Affordable Housing Project.   Elko County has been working with SummitEdge to support the development of affordable housing in the community of Jackpot.  The proposed Development Agreement outlines the responsibilities of both parties, including terms related to infrastructure, timelines, regulatory compliance, and other conditions necessary to facilitate the successful implementation of the project.The agreement is intended to promote the availability of quality, affordable housing options in Jackpot, address local housing needs, and support long-term community development.   The Elko County Planning Commission is scheduled to review the tentative subdivision map associated with the project on August 21, 2025.  Upon Planning Commission approval, the map will be forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners for further review and consideration.
