F.1) Presentation by Bobby Jones, Outdoor Connection Coordinator for the Nevada Department of Wildlife (NDOW) regarding the Free Fishing License Program for youth.  This initiative provides free fishing licenses to Nevada residents between the ages of 12 and 17.   Eligible youth may obtain their free license in any one of the following ways: Online at https://nevada.licensing.app/licenses In person at an NDOW office At participating retailers where licenses are sold (sporting goods stores, Wal-Mart, etc.)    Children under the age of 12 do not need a license to fish legally in Nevada.
