D.3) Discussion and consideration to confirm Commissioner Karr's appointment as the Elko County liaison on the Nevada Site Specific Advisory Board (NSSAB) in the capacity of a Limited Liaison.The Nevada Site Specific Advisory Board (NSSAB) is a federally chartered citizens' panel that provides input and recommendations to the U.S. Department of Energy regarding environmental management activities a the Nevada National Security Site.Commissioner Karr has expressed willingness to serve in this role on behalf of Elko County.  Board confirmation is requested to formalize the appointment.
