P.1) Discussion and consideration to approve Master Service Agreements with J-U-B Engineering, Inc. for Airport Engineering and Airport Planning Services at Hayden Airfield.   Elko County, as the sponsor of Hayden Airfield, is required to retain qualified consultants to support planning, design, and development activities in compliance with FAA regulations and grant requirements.  J-U-B Engineers, Inc. was selected through a qualifications-based selection process in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E.  The proposed Master Service Agreements outline the general terms and conditions under which task orders for specific projects may be issued.
