O.2) Evaluation, discussion, consideration, and possible award of a response to the Request for Proposals (RFP) for a feasibility study on the Humboldt-Rubies Trail.   Elko County issued a RFP for professional services to conduct a feasibility study on the proposed Humboldt-Rubies Trail.  One proposal was received from Diversified Consulting Services.  If awarded, the fiscal impact is to be determined based on negotiated contract terms and available funding.
