N.1) Discussion and consideration to approve an amendment to the current agreement with Dominion Voting Systems, Inc. for election equipment and services   The Clerk's Office is requesting approval of an amendment to the existing agreement with Dominion Voting Systems, Inc. to include updated terms for voting machine software, licensing, and warranties.  The amendment also includes the purchase of mobile ballot printers in the total amount of $94,522.25, which has been approved in the Fiscal Year 2026 budget.    Elko County has been using Dominion Voting Systems since 2017.  The amendment extends the terms of the current agreement from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2033 at the following cost per calendar year:    2026 - $47,983.30 2027 - $49,774.14 2028 - $51,267.02 2029 - $52,804.37 2030 - $54,388.85 2031 - $56,021.03 2032 - $57,701.60 2033 - $59,433.24
