I.1) Discussion and consideration of a motion giving direction to staff concerning a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Construction Manager at Risk to build a garage at the Great Basin Child Advocacy Center.   The last RFP received no responses. Staff recommends re-posting the RFP for thirty days to try and attract responsive bidders.
