E.2) Discussion and consideration of award for Public Works Project EL-2025-308, Elko County Roads Micro-Surfacing Project.   Pursuant to Notice No. 2025-16, sealed bids for Public Works Project EL-2025-308 were opened on May 27, 2025.  The project includes micro-surfacing of designated Elko County roads, including specified alternate work.  Sierra Nevada Construction, Inc. submitted the lowest, most responsive and responsible bid.   Staff recommends to award the bid, including alternate work to Sierra Nevada Construction, Inc. in the total amount of $834,007.00.
