L.4) Discussion and consideration of approval to submit a grant application to the Federal Aviation Administration’s Airport Improvement Program (AIP) in the amount of $332,900, including a required local match of $16,166.46, for design and construction improvements at Hayden Field (Jackpot Airport). The proposed project will rehabilitate the existing asphalt pavement on the runway and taxiway through crack repair, application of a surface seal coat, and installation of new pavement markings.
