L.1) Discussion and consideration of approval to submit an application for a Community Project Grant through Senators Rosen and Cortez Masto, titled “Fourth Judicial District Specialty Court Housing Program,” in the amount of $635,000, with no matching funds required.   The goal is to offer a safe and stable environment where these youth can gain the necessary life skills, education, and support to successfully integrate into independent living. The project will include access to counseling, job training, education, and mentorship. With a focus on empowerment and personal development, this program will help guide young people toward self-sufficiency and resilience.
